Yes. If your bracelet arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, reach out within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange or refund depending on the situation. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Please take a photo and message us right away. We pack orders carefully, but if something gets damaged in transit, we will send a replacement or offer a full refund — no hassle.
